Returns & Exchanges

D&K is happy to offer returns and exchanges on online purchases within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. 

14 day period begins on the day the item(s) are delivered. 

Items must be in route back to shipper prior to the end of the 14 day period. 

Items received beyond the 14 day window may be accepted for return subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.  This is at the discretion of the shipper, and a valid reason must be communicated as to the delay in the return.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached.

Damages or missing items may result in a fee.

Any merchandise returned without an R.A. number will be denied.

R.A. number will be given on approved returns or exchanges.

Return shipping charges will be waived both ways for items being exchanged.

Shipping charges are non refundable on items that are returned for a refund.
